1. MEMBERSHIP & CLUB ACCESS

• •Access to Aruba Racquet Club (ARC) is strictly limited to active members only.
• •All members must check in at the front desk before entering the club.
• •Children under 12 must be accompanied by a member aged 16 or older at all times.
• •Access to the gym is restricted to ages 16 and older with a full membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP DUES & PAYMENT TERMS

• •Each member is fully responsible for all charges incurred at, or with respect to, the Club or its concessionaires.
• •Membership dues are payable in advance and must be settled via standing order, cash, or a credit card on file.
• •Past-due accounts may incur interest charges at the discretion of ARC.
• •Accounts delinquent beyond sixty (60) days will result in automatic membership cancellation and referral to a collection agency.
• •Membership cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance.
• •No refunds of any kind will be issued for membership cancellations, unused periods, or failure to use club services.

3. GUEST PRIVILEGES

• •Members of the club are allowed to bring guests by paying a guest fee. Please ask for prices in advance.
• •Members are fully responsible for any damages caused by their guests.
• •ARC reserves the sole discretion to deny guest privileges to any individual who has previously engaged in misconduct or violations of club policies.

4. DRESS CODE, BEHAVIOR & HOUSEKEEPING

• •All members and their guests must conform to the general dress code for hygiene and appearance. Management reserves the right to qualify any member's attire as appropriate and decent in relation to the public image of the club and its rules.
• •While on club premises, all members shall also observe general rules of conduct. The use of profanity, obscene gestures, and discussions on religion/politics etc. is strictly prohibited.

5. COURT RULES

• •Only members and their signed-up guests are allowed on the courts.
• •Only members are allowed to take tennis lessons and take part in any activity of the club. Exceptions are made during open tournaments.
• •Court reservations must be made in advance at the ARC office. No reservations in blocks allowed.
• •Playing on wet courts is strictly prohibited.
• •Players must wear proper tennis attire. Only tennis shoes are allowed while playing on the court.
• •No glass bottles, glassware, or breakable items are permitted on the courts.
• •Players must clean up after themselves, including cans, cups, plates, and napkins, and dispose of them properly.
• •Tennis courts are for tennis only — skateboards, bicycles, soccer balls, and other non-tennis equipment are strictly forbidden.
• •Time limits for play: Singles — maximum of 60 minutes · Doubles — maximum of 90 minutes.

6. MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY

• •ARC management reserves the right to enforce all club rules and regulations at its sole discretion.
• •Failure to comply with any policy may result in suspension or termination of membership, without refund.
